As a technical education hub, India is taking several initiatives to advance the skill set of the technical workforce at the national & global levels. The NEP-2020 introduced by the Government of India is opening up new dimensions in the Indian education system. Technical institutions need to reinvent and reposition themselves to seize the opportunities and NEP-2020 to meet the requirements of the Industry. Third Tech VC Conclave

The 3rd Tech VC conclave is organized by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, in collaboration with AICTE, New Delhi and Government of Karnataka, on the theme “NEP-2020: A New Normal in Technical Education" on 15th -16th of September 2022 at The LaLiT Ashok hotel, Bengaluru. The objective of the conclave is to bring leaders of technical Education Institutions / Universities / Agencies along with industry and the R&D sector to a common platform to discuss and learn best practices and roadmap for implementation of NEP-2020 in the technical education sector. The event will immensely benefit technical education institutes in implementing NEP-2020, which will be a game changer in technical education and in meeting the global technical workforce requirements of Industry X.0. The conclave anticipates nearly 200 Vice Chancellors of Public and Private Technical Universities and Directors of eminent Technical Institutes and 200 Principals of VTU affiliated colleges.
